Student Only Workshops
Student only workshops are offered at the CTE Center to Frisco ISD high school students free of charge. Students must provide their own transportation to and from the center. We do ask that students sign up for the workshops so we will have an estimate of how many will be in attendance (to make sure we have enough materials for the group). Sign up links will be sent through your Family Connection account between 10 and 7 days before the start of the workshop (usually).
Check the "Calendar of Events" (see the link to the left) to see the dates for these workshops.

H & R Block Budget Challenge/Workshop
2015-2016 Students that participate in this workshop/challenge will have an opportunity to learn how to manage money through simulations - that is "learn by doing," so those "rookie" mistakes are corrected by staff and parents rather than punished with poor credit and costly fees in the real world. H & R Bock last year (2014-2015) awarded $3 million in scholarships and grants throughout the competition including a $100,000 scholarship! - See the awarding of that scholarship to your right! There will be 2 full workshops for students to participate in for the 2015-2016 school year. Watch your Family Connection email for sign ups.
